The Method.
Three phases: audit, build, measure. The audit stands alone. A build gets a written scope, acceptance criteria, and a measurement plan. Everything is scoped in writing before work begins.
The Audit.
The audit is a structured review of one agreed workflow for a single service business. It covers intake (forms, calls, chat, email), workflow handoffs, tool stack fragmentation, and reporting. It documents what is happening today and names each gap specifically.
Output is a written report. The report names each gap in concrete form: what is happening, how often it fires, what it costs conservatively, and what a fix would look like. The report is yours at the end of 5 to 7 business days. No build is required.
Every finding links its source, names the best objection to it, and says what would have to be true for it to be wrong. Anything not verified is said plainly, so the report tells you how to disprove it, not just what I claim.
Every audit estimates the conservative value of the gaps identified. The model uses inquiry volume, average deal value, jobs or orders completed, and a recovery range. It is a diagnostic tool, not a revenue guarantee.
The Build.
After an audit, a fixed scope of work is proposed in writing. The scope names features, acceptance criteria, timeline, and price. Nothing is built outside the written scope without a change order.
Every build ships with a rollback plan. Features are delivered in small increments, each verified against its acceptance criteria. A 14-day warranty follows handoff for any defects that appear in normal use.
- Acceptance criteria
- written per feature, verified at handoff
- Test plan
- included in the build artifact
- Rollback
- documented before any change to production
- Warranty
- 14-day coverage on shipped features
The Measurement.
Every build captures a baseline before the system is live and produces a 90-day report comparing the same metrics after launch. The measurement definition is agreed at the start of the build and stays fixed for 90 days.
Without a baseline, a working system and an expensive guess look alike. Measurement is included in every build, not sold as an add-on.
- First response time
- Acknowledgment rate
- Routing accuracy
- Booking conversion
- No-show rate
- Follow-up completion
- Manual interventions per week
WHAT THIS IS NOT
What this is not.
The consulting practice fixes operations and answers defined business questions for owner-led service businesses. It is not a replacement for a marketing agency, a sales team, or a content program. When the work surfaced by an audit sits outside the practice, referral to a trusted partner is the standard answer, not scope expansion.
- Not an ad agency.
- Not an SEO service.
- Not a content shop.
- Scoped fixes, not one-size templates.
